Add the coconut cream to your food processor.
Add the powders: Slowly add the powdered sugar and cocoa powder to the bowl and continue to whip until combined. In a large bowl, mix the room temperature butter until smooth. If the frosting is too thick, beat in the extra dairy-free milk one tablespoon at a time.
