Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls. Use a wooden spoon, large spoon, or spatula to mix everything together. Using a blender, process oats into flour, add to wet ingredients.
Place the dates in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade. Place the balls on a small baking sheet or large plate lined with wax paper. Add the oats, peanut butter, chocolate chips, chia seeds, and salt.
Add the peanut butter and liquid sweetener of choice and stir until moist and crumbly.
Grease your hand in coconut oil.
These peanut butter protein balls are a quick snack! Getting the mixture to combine takes a little arm muscle and it may seem too thick at first, but it will come together as you keep mixing. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
