Coconut Flour Chocolate Cake. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Mix in the eggs, one at a time, until combined.
Mix your dry ingredients until they are all combined. Sift together the coconut flour and baking powder, mixing to combine; set aside. Remove the cakes from the oven and let them cool completely.
In a microwavable coffee mug, add the coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda.
Put melted coconut oil, maple syrup, milk and egg in a mug and whisk with a fork until well combined.
Press a square of parchment paper into the bottom of each pan, to make removing the cakes easier later. Add the coconut flour, cocoa, almond milk, salt and baking powder and mix well. Remove the cake from the oven and cool.
