Remove from heat, and stir in coconut and extracts. In a separate, smaller bowl, combine buttermilk and coconut oil; set aside. Place flour, baking powder, and pinch of salt, in a sifter.
Oil the parchment paper and then flour the pan.
No one can tell it's gluten free!
