Angel Food Cake Trifle. In a blender, combine yogurt and ricotta cheese; cover and process until combined. Spread the berries out onto paper towels to dry slightly.
Repeat process of layering with cake, Kahlua, pudding, Cool Whip and Heath bars. Let cook completely before tearing into bite-sized pieces. Cover lightly so it won't get stale.

In a deep, clear glass bowl or trifle bowl, spread a layer of angel food cake chunks.
When you are ready to assemble your trifle, start by mixing berries in a bowl with the lemon zest. Remove bowl and attachment from freezer. A few spoonsful of melted jelly, loose preserves, or soft citrus curd would work well, as would ripe, fragrant fruit (tossed with a little sugar to draw their juices, if needed.) Berries, peaches, or any fruit that would make great shortcake will shine in a trifle.
