Chocolate Chip Sugar Cookies. First, add room temperature butter and white sugar to a stand mixer. The mixture will be really pale and fluffy.
Mix flour, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl. In a stand or hand-held mixer, add the sugar and butter into the bowl. Stir in chocolate chips, crushed sugar cones and sprinkles.
Stop the mixer once halfway through mixing and scrape down the sides of the bowl.
Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar. Covered in Sugar- The sugar coating gives a nice sweetness! In a stand or hand-held mixer, add the sugar and butter into the bowl.
