Cherry Pie Filling Dump Cake. Stir cake mix and butter together into a gooey, clumpy mixture. Pour the cherry pie filling into the baking dish.
Prepare the cream cheese mixture by placing the cream cheese, vanilla extract and cinnamon in a bowl and using a spoon to mix everything together until smooth and combined. Pour the melted butter all over the top of the cake mix. Sprinkle the cake mix evenly over the filling.
Drain and discard the juice from the can of pineapple tidbits.
Mix your cake mix and butter together until you have a crumble consistency.
Gently fold cake mix in with pie filling so you don't break up the fruit too much. Slice one stick of butter into small slices. In a bowl, combine the dry cake mix, pecans, and margarine until it is a crumbly (a fork works well for this).
