Bisquick Pineapple Upside Down Cake. Pour the batter over the top of the pineapple, and bake until done, and the top is brown. Place cherry in center of each pineapple slice.
Pour batter gently over fruit, so as not to disturb your attractive pattern. Add dry ingredients, beat until blended smooth. Divide melted butter between pans, completely covering bottoms of pans.
Allow pan to remain over cake for a few minutes.
Take the pan out of the oven and sprinkle the brown sugar over the butter.
On my way to a Hawaiian-themed party, all I could think of was Pineapple Upside Down Cake. Arrange pineapple slices in single layer over sugar mixture. Pour melted butter into the pan and sprinkle with brown sugar.
