Chocolate Peanut Butter Poke Cake. Whisk peanut butter and milk until blended. In a small bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and ½ cup of peanut butter.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix and dry pudding mix with sour cream, coffee, water, vegetable oil and eggs. Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil. Heat the heavy cream just before boiling.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
Use the bottom of a wooden spoon to poke holes evenly throughout the cake.
In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Stir together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir the mixture together until combined.
