Bisquick Blueberry Coffee Cake. In a large bowl, mix together the Bisquick, egg, milk, sugar, and cinnamon. Spread half of batter in pan and sprinkle with half of streusel.
In a separate, clean mixing bowl, combine ⅔ cup Bisquick baking mix, ⅔ cup brown sugar. Spread remaining batter over streusel and sprinkle with blueberries. Stir all cake ingredients in medium bowl.
Combine baking mix, milk, sugar, egg, and cinnamon in bowl; mix well.
Grease round cake pan and pour mixture into pan.
Combine the ingredients for the dough and place it in a baking dish. Cut in butter with fork until crumbly. Stir in Bisquick just until moistened.
